• Do you accept returns?
  •  Rubber Floorings only ships to the United Kingdom. All purchases from Rubber Floorings are final. We accept returns on a case-to-case basis. Please email sales@rubberfloorings.co.uk or call +44 1282 270214 Customers have 14 days to return a product if approved on a case-to-case basis. We do not accept returns on used products. Any accepted returns will have to be new.
  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact the store directly to replace the product or receive a refund.
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
  • If an order needs to be canceled, please call the store directly. You can find the number on our website at the bottom of the page.
  • Cancelled order delivery with no restocking fee.
