Sizing & Cutting
Can rubber flooring be cut to size?
Yes. Many of our rubber flooring products are available cut to any length you need. Simply enter your required length at checkout for roll products, or contact us for custom cut orders.
How do I measure for rubber flooring?
Measure the length and width of your floor area in metres. We recommend adding 5-10cm allowance on each side for trimming. For tiles, divide your floor area by the tile size to calculate quantity needed.
Can I cut rubber flooring myself?
Yes. Most rubber flooring can be trimmed with a sharp utility knife and a straight edge. We recommend using a metal ruler as a guide for clean, straight cuts.
What thickness do I need?
For light domestic use such as garages, 4-6mm is typically sufficient. For gyms and commercial use we recommend 6-10mm. For heavy-duty industrial use, 12mm or thicker rubber is ideal.
