Heavy Duty RSJ Side Fix Brackets

Heavy duty RSJ brackets for side mounting heavy duty cantilever brackets.  The brackets are 300mm deep with 200mm x 100mm arms (made from 6mm steel) with a central gusset plate for extra strength.  Painted with one coat of primer. Colour may vary from that shown. ALL SIZES NOMINAL

Where a steel beam needs to be fitted across an opening, but only side facing surfaces are available to mount onto, these 90° brackets solve the problem. Depending on which way round they’re fitted, they provide a 100mm or 200mm wide x 300mm deep surface for cantilever brackets to be fitted onto (so they face in the correct direction for beam support).

Available in: 200mm x 100mm  x 300mm deep size only.

Fixings: Not included. Need to be supplied by installer and be suitable for the surface being fitted too.

Longevity: This product’s lifespan will be dictated by where it’s used, what type of traffic might move through it and how carefully (or aggressively) such traffic does so. This is beyond any manufacturer’s or suppliers control. Used appropriately, the product should last for many years.
